Serious work. Clear starting points.
Every project is different, so nobody can quote one from a web page. But engagements fall into recognizable ranges, and you deserve to know them before you spend an hour on a call. Here’s where ours land.
Three ways to work together
-
Fix my digital business
$7.5K–$25K+
Typical range for a redesign or experience rebuild.
Your website or customer experience is holding the business back.
- Find what’s actually wrong
- Redesign the experience
- Build it properly
- Make it findable
-
Build my product
$15K–$75K+
Typical range from first working version to production software.
You need software built — an app, a portal, a tool, a product.
- Decide what’s worth building
- Design it where changing it is cheap
- Build production software
- Put AI where it earns its place
-
Figure out what we should build
$2.5K–$7.5K
A fixed-scope workshop, usually two to four weeks.
You know something has to change. You don’t yet know what.
- Understand the business
- Find the friction
- Look at what you already have
- Identify where AI and automation help
These are typical ranges, not quotes. Larger programs — a platform, a multi-site rebuild, an ongoing product team — are scoped individually. We’ll give you a real number once we understand the work, and we’d rather tell you it’s smaller than you expected than pad it.
Why one website costs twice another
-
How much has to be figured out
A clear brief costs less than an idea that still needs shaping. The Opportunity Workshop exists for exactly that, and its fee comes off a project that follows.
-
How many people it serves
A marketing site is a different problem from software with accounts, permissions, payments and an audit trail behind it.
-
What it has to connect to
Integrations with systems you already run — a CRM, an ERP, a payment processor, a warehouse — add real work, and we price them honestly.
-
How much content and data moves
Migrating a thousand pages, or years of records, is its own project inside the project.
-
How fast you need it
We can compress a timeline. It costs more, because it means more people on it at once, and we will say so rather than quietly absorbing it.
Launch isn’t the finish line.
Most of our clients keep us on afterwards, monthly, for the things that decide whether the investment holds its value. It’s optional, priced separately, and you can stop whenever it stops being useful.
- Hosting, domains, backups and monitoring
- Updates, security and dependency maintenance
- Analytics, SEO and AI-search reporting
- A regular cycle of improvements after launch
- New features as the business changes
Straight about the money
We aren’t the cheapest option, and we’re not trying to be. There are template sites for a thousand dollars and offshore teams who will underbid us on any project. What you’re paying for here is senior people doing the work rather than selling it — the same people from the first conversation to launch.
We’d also rather build the right smaller thing than the wrong large one. If a tool you can buy solves your problem, we’ll tell you, and you can spend the difference on something that actually needs building.
Projects are usually billed in staged payments tied to milestones rather than one lump sum, so the commitment matches the progress.
